Seemingly (adv-seem·ing·ly): how something appears or seems

SEEMINGLY is a short film that questions our relationship with fashion and raises awareness of the impact of consumption on our environment.Independent, self-financed and filmed in the heart of the Mer de Glace in Chamonix, it is showcasing the creation of six hand-sewn outfits made from recycled Gore-Tex fabric samples and presenting two prototype shoes made from used climbing ropes.

"SEEMINGLY is the result of 4 years of soul-searching, 6 months of preparation, a summer of sewing in knickers at 35°C, 135 hours of production, 6 outfits, 5 accessories, 3 days of shooting by and with 8 badass women. It was also the (only) New Year's resolution I managed to keep." Valerie Pellet, Giscard.co
